Dr. Herb Tannenbaum is a licensed psychologist, Certified Imago Relationship Therapist and Life/Relationship and Executive Coach. Herb has been in practice working with individuals and couples for over 35 years. A Fellow of the American Institute of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy as well as a Faculty Member of the Institute for Imago Relationship Therapy, Herb has lectured, taught and presented workshops throughout the United States. Dr. Tannenbaum was the founder and Executive Director of the Center For Effective Living which served the northern New Jersey and New York City communities for over 30 years providing professional mental health services for individuals and couples. Herb was the Psychological Consultant to the Partnership for a Drug Free America “Just Say No” campaign.

Herb works with couples and individuals as well as facilitating supervision groups for clinicians and doing advanced Clinical Training for professional in person and on-line. Herb is a Lifetime Member of the American Academy of Psychotherapists and a Board Member of the Greater New York Association of Imago Relationship Therapy as well as Faculty member of the Imago Relationship Institute.

Herb is known for his keen insights and quick wit and wisdom.
